It’s so much easier to start a project than to finish it. Just me? 🙃
Doing a mid-year audit (aka actually booking a boring-looking conference room and mapping my life out with dry erase markers) helped me get real with what’s working and not working lately (and, I highly highly recommend it). If you need some starter questions - here are 10!
I’m still struggling with my sleep hygiene. But, on a good day, I get to bed at 10:30pm and read “Like Water for Chocolate” by Laura Esquivel until I drift off.
Gardening (like the world depends on every single nail being filled with dirt) is medicine.
Even though Tomatokind is all about giving others the permission to dream and pursue their truest desires, I sometimes need that reminder myself. 🌻
Finding more ways to be silly is so worth it. I’ve been sending this playful project by artist Rubi McGrory to everyone on my contact list.
