I like having small rituals that bring me back to my self. A 5 minute meditation couple of times a day for me.

Thank you so much, Prakarsh, I'm glad it resonated with you, and that you already have some small rituals as part of your routine! A 5 minute meditation can do so much - for me sometimes it's only 5 deep breaths, and it still makes a big difference!

I love these 8 questions and really resonate with this as I’ve been feeling really overwhelmed in life lately! Will definitely be taking some time to think about this.

Oh great, I'm so glad to hear that - that's the intention! But I also know that when I'm feeling burned out, my brain can shut down from so many questions, so that's why I provided an alternative path. :)

“What’s most important to me right now?” I find myself asking myself that very question as I was about to put myself into a rush. Insightful article, with questions I’ll be storing in my question bank for later

Thanks so much, glad the questions are useful, they always are for me, too! "What's most important" is definitely a great one for avoiding unnecessary rush - I often ask myself, "Will I care about this (or will this seem urgent) in a year / month / week, or even day?" and the answer is often no!
