I have struggled with acne most of my life until I found a specialist who introduced me to Face Reality products. I also cut out dairy, started taking zinc, and made other lifestyle changes. I'm now going through it again with my teen son, and we both love the Acne Agent facials at Face Foundries (around the Bay Area). I'm so glad you found Elise - she sounds very special!
Oh my gosh, it sounds like you found amazing resources as well! I’ve also started a journey of cutting out cow dairy as well as being more aware of my sugar intake.
